Delete your account
This deletes your Fix-am profile and personal details. It applies to both customer and artisan accounts.
From inside the app
Open Fix-am, then go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately.
Without the app installed
Email hello@fix-am.app from the phone number or email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We confirm once it's done.
What gets deleted
Your profile, contact details, messages, and KYC verification documents (if you're an artisan).
Entries in the financial ledger — records of payments, refunds and payouts — are retained, but in a form no longer linked to your personal details. A marketplace that cannot account for money it has moved is not one anyone should trust, and keeping those records this way satisfies that without keeping your identity attached to them.
